I’m drawn to the stuff underneath the surface — the patterns, the blind spots, the parts of ourselves we don’t usually bring to work.

I do this through consulting, coaching, and organizational development, with people and organizations ranging from NGOs to corporates.

What I do

Consulting

Sitting alongside your team to untangle what’s stuck: unclear roles, meetings that drain energy, change that isn’t landing. Together we find structures that fit how your people actually work.

Coaching

A space to look at what’s really going on: your patterns, your blind spots, the parts of yourself you usually leave at the door. Honest, grounded, and at your pace.

Organizational development

Helping teams find healthier rhythms: more trust, conversations that feel safe enough to be real, and ways to repair when things go sideways.

My approach

I work with depth, but I’m not a therapist. My place is the in-between: reflective, practical, and rooted in real working life.

About me

Lightness, depth, and sensitivity — three words someone once used to describe me, and they’ve stuck. I’ve lived and worked across seven countries and several continents, which shaped a way of working that’s curious rather than rigid. I’m endlessly interested in what makes people tick — including myself — and that ongoing self-work shows up directly in how present I try to be with the people I work with.
